Article 1 – Definitions
Consumer: a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.
Day: a calendar day.
Durable medium: any tool (e.g. email/PDF) that allows information to be stored and reproduced unaltered in the future.
Distance contract: an agreement concluded through an online store or other means of distance communication without physical presence.
Right of withdrawal: the right to cancel the purchase within the applicable withdrawal period.

Article 3 – Scope of Application
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and distance contracts between Sam Eyewear and the consumer. The conditions are made available prior to purchase and may be saved on a durable medium.
Article 4 – Offers
Offers are valid only for the period stated on the website. Product descriptions and images are provided for guidance; however, we strive for accuracy.
Obvious errors or omissions are not binding.
Each offer clearly states the price, any applicable delivery charges, the method of payment and delivery, and whether the right of withdrawal applies.
Article 5 – Formation of the Contract
A contract is formed once you complete your order and receive an order confirmation by email.
For electronic payments, we ensure a secure payment environment.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal (30 Days)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days from the day you receive the item.
During the withdrawal period, you may handle the product only as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Please return the item complete and, where possible, in its original packaging, following the instructions provided by us.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at contact@sameyewear.com within the 30-day period. You must then return the item within 14 days of notifying us.
Once we have received the item (or proof of dispatch), we will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
Exclusions:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Sealed hygiene products that have been unsealed after delivery.

Custom-made products produced to your specifications.
Article 7 – Prices and Taxes
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
If an order is shipped from outside the United Kingdom, import VAT or customs handling fees may be charged by the carrier. These costs are payable by the recipient. We clearly inform customers of this on the product page and during checkout.
We reserve the right to correct any typographical or clerical errors in prices or product information.
Article 8 – Delivery and Fulfilment
Delivery will be made to the address you provide at checkout.
We aim to dispatch orders within 24–48 hours, with typical delivery within 5–14 working days (see our Shipping Policy for details).
If delivery is significantly delayed, we will notify you. In such cases, you may cancel the purchase and receive a full refund.
The risk for the goods passes to you upon physical receipt of the parcel.
Article 9 – Conformity and Warranty
The goods must correspond to the agreement and meet normal expectations.
If you discover a defect or fault, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Manufacturer warranties apply where relevant.
The warranty will not apply if the item has been modified, misused, or handled contrary to the care instructions.
Article 10 – Payment
Payment is made at the time of ordering using the available methods displayed at checkout.
You must notify us immediately if you notice any errors in your payment information.

Any complaint regarding a product or delivery must be submitted in writing to contact@sameyewear.com, including a clear description of the issue.
We will respond as quickly as possible and always within 30 days.
If a solution cannot be reached amicably, you may pursue the matter through the applicable consumer protection authorities or dispute resolution schemes in your country.
Article 12 – Data Protection and Cookies
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Article 13 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by UK law.
However, mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence will take precedence where applicable.
Any disputes may be brought before the courts of your place of residence or the competent courts of Sam Eyewear’s registered seat.
